It revolutionises how people do some transactions, from cash to cashless. In Indonesia there are around 181 FinTech start-up companies, they made transaction amount up to US$ 21,61 million (it is approximately Rp 287,43 trillion) until early 2018. CV. Imperio Teknologi Indonesia wants to enter FinTech field as it is pivoting from B2B to B2C by developing FineApp. The assessment of FineApp is needed before execute the development process. The conceptual framework that is used as guideline for this research is started with external and internal analysis of current FinTech situation in Indonesia. The next step is calculating total investment, creating business scenarios, determining NPV, IRR, PI and PBP, and the last is conducting sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulation. The feasibility study on the Base case scenario, the financial model shows the positive NPV with PBP 6 years 2 months, the IRR is 15,30% which is greater than the cost of capital, the PI is 1,38. This has been tested with Monte Carlo simulation with the result 78,40% chance of occurring positive NPV. The sensitivity analysis has shown that the cost of service (COS) is effecting the NPV the most, followed by Number of MAU and Operating and overhead expenses.<p align="justify"> text |
