A lot of people choose to use their own car or motorbike, the intention to using private vehicle rather than public transportation give impact to the increasing of vehicle usage, and also it will lead to the traffic growth rapidly and causing traffic problem such as traffic jam, accident number increase, high fuel consumption, increased pollution levels, and many more. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Government has to give adequate facility such as infrastructure development in order to support public welfare. It becomes a big opportunity for construction companies in Indonesia due to massive infrastructure development is being done either small or large scale construction, especially in towns or small areas. PT. MARKTEL is one of the firms move in the traffic lights construction industry and has a superior product that Area Traffic Control System (ATCS) and has been granted a patent for the technology. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT. MARKTEL has a vision to become the best company in this industry. However there are several of internal problems related to human resources that become a barrier for this company to achieve their goal. Culture change is also very important as a sign of seriousness from within company to achieve their goal. This research aims to measure PT.MARKTEL’s existing culture and give the recommendation to improve the current condition. In this research, the author use Denison Organizational Culture Survey consists of Involvement, Adaptability, Consistency, and Mission to measure the implementation of existing culture, with questionnaire as data collection tool which spread in PT.MARKTEL offices in Bandung. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The analysis result found that’s consistency trait are in low category. The condition illustrated by Consistency in low category is PT.MARKTEL employees have trouble in reaching agreement on key issues in every work, have a poor communication path that impact to the difficulties of coordination, and employee still neglecting some of company’s core value. text |
