This amount of generated data that is beyond than the usual size of data that captured, stored, managed and analyzed is defined as big data. As big data continues to grow, the needs to utilize it to its full potential also continue to grow. This needs then translate into growing demand for big data services. This combination present opportunities for Sharing Vision as one of the best IT consulting company in Indonesia. In current state, it is restrained by condition where its revenue is highly dominated only by one source. This condition has affected Sharing Vision’s competitiveness in order to enter big data services market. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In order to explore more about current Sharing Vision situation, study was conducted using 4D methodology as conceptual framework. It consists of Discovery stage, Diagnosis stage, Design stage, and Delivery stage. Discovery stage mainly consists of gathering and analyzing data. Data were gathered by conducting interviews with management and secondary data from internal company data. The next step is processing all of gathered data using internal and external analysis in order to understand current business situation. Diagnosis stage then conducted to identify current problem faced by the company which is its current revenue is highly dominated by consultation. Root cause analysis therefore was used to determine the main root causes of the current problem which are lack of market entry strategy and investment needed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The proposed solutions as part of design stage for current problem are implementing integrated cost leadership-differentiation as market entry strategy and reinvesting profits back into business. The market entry strategy consist of (1) improving flexibility (using tools such as flexible manufacturing system, customer relationship management, and total quality management systems), (2) adjusting brand positioning, and (3) implementing new marketing mix. This will increase Sharing Vision competitiveness in entering big data services market. Meanwhile reinvesting profits will increase Sharing Vision resources, capabilities and marketing budget in order to execute new marketing plan designed in new marketing mix. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The implication of both solutions will increase seminar performance to 125.7% of its current revenue and establishing it as big data expertise main product. Thus it will establish seminar as another major revenue source for Sharing Vision beside consultation. text
