After being explored further, it is known that the root of the vacancy problem was caused by the lack of clear and directed knowledge transfer by the company. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a knowledge management strategy that can help company to transfer knowledge to new employees. <br /> <br /> This study aims to formulate knowledge management strategies for each business process. This study conduct mapping the business process of the company through interviews using the Process Classification Framework - American Productivity and Quality Center (PCF-APQC) in the telecoummunications sector, identification of business process characteristics using nature of interactions and nature of tasks as two independent linear concepts, and identification of knowledge and source of knowledge carried out through interview results and results of identification of competencies of each business process. By using the identification of business process characteristics and knowledge, an appropriate knowledge management strategy will be formulated for the entire business process of the company. <br /> <br /> The results of this study are three (3) key business processes derived from 11 level 0 business processes. From these key business processes, there are 3 formulations of knowledge management strategies that companies need to prioritize, which is apprenticeship, formulation of procedures, policies, and rules, as well as additional work experience for employees. It is expected that with this knowledge management strategy, the number of job vacancies in the company can be reduced. text |
