Summary:<b>ABSTRACT:</b><br> <br /> <br /> Lippo Bank is a national corporation bank that since January 1996 as high level profit bank with Rp 7.629.579.000.000,- total assets. It is has a banking service with which one a money saving. Today some products of Lippo Bank are Tahapan Lippo, Tahapan Lippo Yunior, Super Savings and Star Savings. In the operation Lippo Bank have 6.714 staffs and 296 branck office, the on line computer networking in all of branch office in Indonesia. <br /> The topic in this thesis is Customer Intimacy Strategy in people invest collecting with Lippo Bank savings product.</p> With cased of national economic deregulation and started of globalization era that we know the opened domestic maret to foreign and national chancee to international market, and than goverenment can not give the protection to national banking than foreign. In this condition is very competitive in domestic market_ espsecially in product leader and operational excellent. And the other customer behavior not all loyality to Lippo Bank that is the service problem for Lippo Bank. For all conditions the exactly strategy must be define to be a leader market in Indonesia is Costumer Intimacy Strategy will give the best total solution for customer.</p> <br /> • To define of proposes we have some steps, are : <br /> <br /> 1. Identification, evaluate at current strategy <br /> 2. Environment analisys, choice of environment and industry structure to define that chance. <br /> 3. Internal analysis, choice of resources and company power <br /> 4. Competition analisys, choice of invasive competition at current product. <br /> 5. Propose of formula and company value, define the company value will give as well as customer hope. <br /> 6. To build of operating models.With dedicate of analisys to be done, focus of strategy to oriented to customer approuch is the exactly strategy to follow the competition in global market.</p> Lippo Bank can reduce the defferences value to foreign bank or other competition national bank and the can give the best total solution as well as customer hope. <br /> In order to higer of costumer loyality Lippo Bank must be make the savings product that give forever value to every customer, like money made to fill value and life style for customer at young, adult and older age.
