Description
Summary:Using mobile learning as a learning model that utilizes information and communication technology, is not strange anymore. The design of mobile learning which is used in school environments should take into consideration some of the required aspects, especially in the pedagogic aspects. This research is focused on design and implementation mobile learning using mobile pedagogical framework to increase student digital literacy awareness. Mobile

learning is implemented on Android devices using Java programming language. Android was chosen because it is open source and widely used by students in Indonesia. From the results of the mobile learning implementation using the special characteristics of the mobile pedagogical

framework. Evaluation of mobile learning application design is done by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to respondents. Based on the results of the test using the UEQ, on the point of attractiveness yields a mean of 1.118 with benchmark below average, on clarity

points yields a mean of 0.393 with bad benchmarks, on efficiency points yields a mean of 0.967 with benchmark below average, at precision points yields a mean of 1.066 with benchmark below average, at stimulation points generating a mean of 1.342 with good benchmark, while

at novelty points yields a mean of 0.599 with benchmark below average. To improve that condition, then that appplication must be re-implementation on some features contained in the mobile learning. While based on the results of tests conducted on 23 students of SMP Telkom

Bandung showed that as many as 23 students already have awareness of doing literacy activities by rewriting the information obtained using the blog write feature in mobile learning. 15 students have written the source of the article read, while the rest still have not written it.
