This research has a purpose to make a model and the simulation of the airflow and temperature changes in a classroom, when the air conditioner is being operated in the different room conditions. The increase of the electrical energy used when the air conditioner is not operated in the right condition, is also calculated. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation is applicated in a model of classroom 4104-4105, for determining the flow and temperature characteristics of the air inside the classroom. Transient simulation has been done using Ansys Fluent. The room is modeled to be occupied by 51 and 94 people. The door and the windows are variated in open or closed condition. Laminar flow model used in the simulation. Also, the simulation of the sun and the surface to surface radiation. Based on the simulation results, we may conclude that the thermal comfort condition can be reached when the room is occupied by 51 people, and the room is totally closed, or only the door that is opened. Then, the increase of the electrical energy used, is 6,08 kWh/days, for using the air conditioner for 51 people while opening the door only. And for the other conditions are 9,74 kWh/days. Both electrical energy calculations show the electrical energy differences with the one that used for the operation of the air conditioning system for 51 people in a totally closed condition, as the best condition for the air conditioner operation. <p align="justify"> text
