<b>ABSTRACT:</b><br> <br /> This thesis is a research about a decision support . It has a basic difference with other computer based information system, especially in a kind of data that used. AMIFM/GIS system use spatial data, not only textual data. <br /> <br /> This research will show a decision support system using AM/FM/GIS system is beneficial for the organization or company that manage utility network PT. PLN is one of public companies that manage electrical distribution network <br /> <br /> Research method that used is a joining system modeling theory, management information system, and decision support system. <br /> <br /> A design of decision support system using AM/FM/GIS system for PLN customer service, is one of several steps to build a decision support system for PLN customer service. This research will give a sample how a conceptual design of a decision support system using AM/FM/GIS system. <br /> <br /> Model management, data management, and dialog management are sub systems of decision support system conceptual model. They are final design of this research. The implementation will show that the decision support system have more beneficial for PLN customer service.
