The development of apartment reviewed in this final project is Daan Mogot A1 Apartment, Jakarta. The purpose of this final project determine construction building methods, project scheduling, and construction cost estimation on preparation works, soil works, foundation, and upper structure. The construction method is planned using heavy equipment (bulldozer, escavator, vibration roller, dump truck, and auger drill machine), as well as tools such as bar bender and cutting machine, concrete pump, concrete bucket, concrete vibrator and manual work with labors. The scheduling of the Daan Mogot Apartment project takes place from 1 July 2017 to 30 April 2018 for a total duration of 249 days or 10 months. The cost budget plan (RAB) is Rp 72.978.350.000 with the percentage of cost at 7% for preparation works, 23% for soil works and foundation and upper structural work on 70% |
