The result of data acquisition data using MBES (Multibeam Echosounder) is more complex than SBES (Singlebeam Echosounder) data. The software is needed to process complex MBES data. There are varied types of softwares to empower the data processing of MBES. Every software has its excellence to support the data processing of MBES. This research discusses two softwares which are EIVA NaviSuite and HYPACK 2014. The focus of this research is about the comparison between these two softwares in the term of MBES data processing. The data processing consist of MBES acquired data input, sound velocity and tide correction, patch test calibration, cleaning data, and charting process. Assessment is made based on several aspects, namely the compatibility of input data, ease of use, and the effectiveness and efficiency of the process. Based on the analysis EIVA in superior in terms of ease of use and process effectiveness and efficiency. Meanwhile, HYPACK is superior in compatibility aspect. Based on the result of MBES data processing using these two softwares, the average depth difference of the generated DTM is about 1.6 m. This shows the influence of the use of software to the MBES data processing results. <br />
