<p align="justify">This report is a complement of the Architectural Final Project entitled Mixed-Use Building in Manggarai Station Area. This report contains related analysis, issues, programs, as well as design concepts. This Mixed-Use design has residential typology in middle class apartment and commercial typology in the form of lifestyle center. The project is located on west of Manggarai Station, across from Pasaraya Manggarai and Bus Terminal. The main issues raised from the project are pedestrian circulation and green environment. The intensity of the pedestrian between two transit points and site is very high. This is considered an issue that needs to be responded into design. In addition, the site does not have natural vegetation or green spaces. Globally, the lack of trees and green open spaces in the area increases urban heat . Therefore, green environtment is one of the issues taken in this design. Green environment indirectly contributes positively to the city. The designer proposes the basic design concept entitled "Green Ribbon". Green Ribbon is the formation of building masses formed by the pedestrian circulation on the site that form the bands with green environment.<p align="justify">
