Summary: | <p align="justify">Gedebage Music Concert Hall is one of the building which is going to be built in Summarecon Bandung area specifically in Gedebage. The construction of this building is aimed to give an affordable facilities economically and accessible also it can be used as a place to do some performances. The building consists of auditorium and backstage and its land area is 13,600 m2 with 4 floors and 4 basements so the building could accomodate 18,000 audiences. This thesis will focus on the foundation planning of the backstage part from the building. <br />

The foundation used is bore pile. The choosing of foundation type was done by doing the analysis of shallow foundation capacity, if the results does not suit the criteria, analysis of pile’s bearing capacity is applied. The criteria requirements of this foundation design is fulfilled according to SNI 8460-2017. <br />

The method used on counting the axial bearing capacity of single pile is Reese & Wright and Mayerhof. The counting of lateral capacity on single pile was done by using software ENSOFT LPILE, while group pile bearing capacity counting was done by using ENSOFT GROUP. The counting of settlement was done according to Braja M. Das. Stress achieved from structure modelling results with stress combination used is ASD (Allowable Stress Design).<p align="justify"> |
