Although, cardiovascular disease can be avoided if prevented earlier. One of the best way to know about cardiovascular disease is by checking the conditions of endothelial cells. The development of smartphone-based endothelial detection devices is an effort to provide affordable health check-up services for everyone. Smartphone application was implemented in android system operations with user interfaces to simplify its usage. This application also supports wireless services using Bluetooth as a communication bridge between devices and applications. This paper described the design and implementation of smartphone user interface applications using the Android operating system. Testing results showed that, the app has been successfully authenticated, connected with Bluetooth, displayed graphics and saved data. <p align="justify"> text
