Research on employee empowerment has been carried out by many researchers in the world. Many factors that influence employee empowerment are found in previous studies. <br /> <br /> In this study the author focused on real cases that occurred at PT GMF Aeroasia. PT GMF Aeroasia is a company engaged in the biggest Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul in Indonesia. Determined to be the top 10 in the world, PT GMF Aeroasia is required to have employees who have high employee empowerment values. The author tries to explore whether the facilities that have an organizational learning culture have a significant relationship with employee empowerment in this case are employees at PT GMF Aeroasia. This research was conducted with quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires at PT GMF Aeroasia from May to June 2018 to determine the relationship between facilities and organizational learning culture as an independent variable on employee empowerment as a dependent variable. This research uses Multi linear regression to analyze the relationship between independent and dependent variables. <br /> <br /> The results of this study indicate that the facility does not have a significant relationship to employee empowerment, but the organizational learning culture has a positive relationship to employee empowerment. The facility has a positive relationship if coupled with the organizational learning culture to empower employees. text
