This also has implications for a very high population growth rate. In line with that, the demand for shelter soared dramatically. Various forms of occupancy available include landed houses, flats, condotel apartments, etc. must be able to accommodate those needs. But increasingly limited land makes high-rise building projects become a choice. The need for a place to live close to the workplace also becomes aspects that need attention. For this reason, a dwelling is needed at a strategic location can easily reach Jakarta city office areas. Site is located at Jalan Ahmad General Yani. Site location close to road access toll road and located in the center of Jakarta. Tapak is located in the apartment area masterplan Green Scout, so that the design of the apartment follows the existing master plan.The design of this apartment is done through the study of similar apartment fields in Jakarta, study of building typologies, as well as studies of precedents of similar apartments. Data retrieval is done through literature studies and field surveys. Site position that is at the entrance the area indicates the design needs to pay attention to the layout of the building's mass and area podium in the apartment. Besides that, the class of apartments that are designed are also different design also needs to pay attention to compatibility with other building hierarchies regional masterplan. The main issue of designing this apartment is security, facilities, access hierarchy, and the shape of the building mass. The composition of the building mass is designed to form an area enter the regional masterplan and show the apartment identity class designed. Simple and modular building mass shapes that make it easy design from the utility aspect and adjust to the design context masterplan. The access hierarchy factor is very related to security so it needs to be made separation of functions vertically or horizontally as well as controlled access restrictions from each region. Facilities also need to be made complete to meet the standards of apartment class that is being designed. The results of the design of this apartment are modern vertical housing with complete facilities that function to fulfill the lifestyle of the people of Jakarta<p align = "justify"> text |
