<p align="justify">Cilegon city experienced high population growth and also impact on the growth of Muslim population in the city of Cilegon. Cilegon City does not yet have an Islamic Center. In fact, 85% of the population of the city of Cilegon is a Muslim population. The need for the center of Islamic civilization which becomes the means of Islamic worship and education can be fulfilled with the development of Islamic Center. Islamic Center in Cilegon City is planned to be built near the Cilegon City Plaza with an area of 24,282.19 m², potentially becoming a new activity center in Cilegon City and become a landmark of Cilegon City. Islamic Center is equipped with mosques and mosque supporting needs that can accommodate 2200 worshipers. The mosque is designed with the main material of concrete and steel to symbolize the City of Cilegon as the City of Steel. In addition, there are also Commercial Building Facilities, Minaret, School Buildings, and Multipurpose Building which there is a multipurpose hall that can accommodate ± 1100 pilgrims, mosque organization secretariat, canteen, and service facilities of Muslims. The outer spaces of the Islamic Center are designed with the concept of multifunction and pedestrian accessibility to accommodate activities within the diverse Islamic Center and invite pilgrims to take part in the Islamic Center. Hopefully, the development of Islamic Center will become the Center of Islamic Culture as a symbol of social proximity (human with human) and spiritual (human with God) in the city of Cilegon.<p align="justify">
