<p align="justify"> Lintas Media Danawa Company is a Joint Venture Company established by Lintasarta (Indosat group), Kompas Gramedia Group, and Danawa Indonesia which has been established since 2008. Lintas Media Danawa provide solutions on IT companies with their Cloud Services, SAAS, and Managed Services. Recently, Lintas Media Danawa want to expand their business on IPTV. <br /> <br /> The Purpose of this feasibility analysis is to identify market potential, market growth, customer preferences, list of equipment needed, legal requirement, cost of business, and business profitability. The feasibility method for this research is based on Busro (2017) with a few steps starting from data collection, data preparation, and data analysis. In this research there are 4 feasibility aspects that are being used such as market, technology, legal, and economy. <br /> <br /> The result from this research shows that IPTV Business is feasible in legal aspect, feasible in market aspect, feasible in technology aspect, and feasible in economy aspect with 70 months Payback Period, Rp11.518.727.253,29 of NPV, and 19,40% of IRR. <p align="justify">
