Summary:<p align="justify">Starting from the problems of limited number of teachers in remote areas, inadequate educational infrastructure and difficult access to schools in remote areas, as well as inequality of education quality in Indonesia between urban and remote areas, an idea came up to solve these problems using multimedia conferencing technology. The idea is a real-time multimedia conferencing system with object tracking feature for virtual learning and teaching activity. This system will allow connection between two or more places in real-time with communication in the form of video and audio so that one teacher can teach in more than one class simultaneously without the need to be present physically in the classes of remote areas. The system is equipped with video conferencing applications built on a Web-Real Time Communication (WebRTC), an open source technology that enables communication and peer-to-peer data flow between web browsers. The application can display video, audio, and presentation media and produce delay of fewer than 300 miliseconds in bandwidth availability condition above 2 Mbps for a minimum of 480p video resolution.<p align="justify">
