PT BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah is a syariah bank located in Leuwiliang, Bogor. BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah has 2 main activities which are saving public funds and channeling financing to the community. Products that include deposits of funds are wadiah savings, deposits. Savings mudhrabahah. Products that include financing Akad Murabahah, istishna contract, aka ijarah, akad musyarakah, and others. <br /> <br /> The main problem faced by BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah is the decrease in the number of customers who do the financing so that the increase in the number of financing did not increase significantly. To solve the problem, an internal analysis is needed to find out the strengths and weaknesses of BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah. Extensive analysis is conducted to find out the opportunities and threats of BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah. <br /> <br /> The result of internal analysis, there are 5 (five) strength and 4 (four) weaknesses owned by BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah. The result of external analysis, there are 2 (two) opportunities to increase market share and 3 (Three) threats of RB Syariah Amanah Ummah. Combination of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using TOWS analysis. The results of TOWS analysis resulted in 8 (eight) strategies that can be done to overcome the problems faced by BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah
