Thus, the researcher try to analyse and give recommendation to increase the efficiency of teamwork in the company. <br /> <br /> This research led this exploration by utilizing Qualitative and Quantitative approach The technique for this examination is exploratory strategy. The goal of exploratory research is to distinguish the key factors and the key issue in the circumstance. The means to get the information are through semi-structural interview with key informant of this research that can give a reasonable condition about project delay cause in the project and what factors that drive them to do it. After directed meetings, the outcome. <br /> <br /> After conducting questionnaire to all member of the company, gather primary data, analyzing the data and conducting informal forum group discussion, the result shown that both problem in participating leadership and flexibility of using decision-making process are cause by wrong implementation of teamwork model, which is self-management team model. More leader involvement model are need in order to bring the performance up. The researcher try to give alternative model that will help the company to improve the performance of teamwork. <br /> <br /> The solution recommended in this final project is to design the integration of self-management and cross-functional team model that will synergize the goals of the company with Hackman Team Management Model. By involving cross-functional team model, this model increase the involvement in leadership and give clearer decision making timing. Effective teamwork is significantly influenced by the types of leadership relationships team members have with each other. Those solutions could increase the effectiveness of teamwork by giving clearer decision making timing and increase the degree of involvement of the leader. text
