This study aim to determine the effect of microorganisms in leachate on the growth of mustard pagoda, Brassica rapa subsp Narinosa. Leachate was applied as a mixture of AB mix solution in the hydroponic NFT system with the following treatment variables; 100% leachate, leachate 40% + AB mix 60%, leachate 60% + AB mix 40% x, and 100% AB mix. In this research, NFT is used by using two gutters along 4.5 meter, each gutters consist of 21 holes connected to one water source for one treatment. The results of this study indicate that in all hydroponic nutrient treatments containing aerobic microorganisms, whereas N binding bacteria are present only in leachate 40% + AB mix 60%. Treatment of leachate 40% + AB mix 60% can increase the average number of leaves (94,317 ± 15,119 strands), fresh weight (268,28 ± 28,16 gram), dry weight (16,998 ± 4,335 gram) and total chlorophyll (17,231 ± 3.215 mg / L). Statistically all parameters are better than other treatments (Kruskal Wallis &#945; = 0.05). Based on this research it can be concluded that Lindi treatment 40% + ABmix 60% is a mixture of alternative nutrients that can be used on hydroponic system to increase the growth of pagoda walnut.<p align="justify"> text
