Summary: | PT. Len Industri develops and markets electronic equipment for different industries. The company offers radio transmitters, railway signaling systems, electronics for defense, power electronic systems for electric trains and solar power generation systems. The striking fact is Len is not able to achieve knowledge requirement to finish some of their taken projects according to the contracts. There's always a misalignment in the execution of ongoing project because the lack of knowledge from the employee. There are 12 projects in 2016 that is not going according to plan with it being late or Len not be able to fulfill some parts of the agreement regarding the quality of works itself. Based on company own survey, the overall employee satisfaction rate for learning and development is low. The research aims to assist the company to design new learning method that can make company to become a good learning organization. CU has become the backbone of many others big company in Indonesia in terms of managing their knowledge. The framework used to design the corporate university is using corporate university key ingredients from J. C. Nataf & S. Vigne. The implementation part of this research will be using ten building blocks from Jeann C. Meister. This research will make Len able to identify, create, explain, and distribute knowledge to reused, known, and learned within the organization by implementing Corporate University learning model |
