| Summary: | Understanding of public infrastructure development has various benefits, one is to help decision making. Usually, people (majority of whom is layman) are able to get information in order to understand it is through news published by mainstream news media. Unfortunately, there are tremendous amount of news reporting public infrastructure development, but they are scattered over long time interval. This is problematic because getting complete picture of infrastructure development story involves digging information from past publications. On top of that, they are often not presented in chronological order. Hence, in order to effectively understand complete story of a particular public infrastructure development project, one must collect informations from past publications all the way back from start of project and order them chronologically. This is challenging and tedious process. In this paper, an interactive visualization is designed to aid users understand what happened in particular infrastructure development project. Evaluation result shows that implemented design is effective enough to help users get informations and understanding story happened in particular project. <br />
