Parametric studies were performed by determining the soil parameters to be used for this analysis. In this study, the soil consistency used in analysis are very stiff clay and hard clay. Then determining the variation of parameters is performed on parametric studies, including variation of pile spacing, raft size, length of pile and raft thickness. The result of this study is reviewing settlements and differential settlement occuring at a certain loading level. In addition, the load transfer mechanisms that occur in piledraft were evaluated and got the conclusion.

Based on the result of the analysis, soil consistency greatly affects the amount of total settlement that occured. In the load transfer mechanism analysis, pile capacity to recieve the load will increase until the pile capacity reaches ultimate. When the pile is already in the plastic zone, capacity of the raft receives the load continues to increase until reaching ultimate capacity raft exceeded.
text
