It is indicated by the high number of accidents, especially in the industry. One of industries, which is prone to the high incidence of occupational accidents, is the textile industry. This study aims to identify the risks of occupational accidents, to calculate risks, and to control occupational accidents within the enterprise. This study consists of four phases, namely the preliminary study, data collection, data analysis, and determining conclusions. The methods used in risk assessment were the FINE model and the Robinson Model for semi quantitative and quantitative analysis, while control of the highest risk level was done by using QCC. The results showed that the occupational accidents most often occurred among in male workers (84%), at shift I (6 am to 2 pm) with the category of minor accidents (54%), within the production division (74%) mainly occurred in departments of Ring Spinning, Weaving, and OE Spinning. The results of the risk assessment of occupational accidents analyzed by both semi quantitative and quantitative showed the same level of risks (substantial), namely the risk being hit, pinched by tools, affected by falling object, and falls, with the highest risk score occurred on being hit by objects (79.44 %) for causing hand injuries (53.67%). The result of QCC implementation for the highest risk level provided an administrative control (training) for workers (>70%). Therefore, it can be concluded that risk assessment can provide a better role for accident prevention and improve the performance of the enterprise, particularly in reducing the number of occupational accidents that occur.<p align ="justify"> text
