Summary:<p align="justify">Throttle lever is an instrument used by train operator to provide traction force for locomotive. This book explains the design, implementation, testing and verification of throttle lever system to be used in locomotive simulator. Throttle lever is made as an embedded system which takes the postion of the lever as input and gives throttle level data as output. For such lever system the design involves three main subsystems which are (1) input unit, (2) signal processing unit, and (3) display unit. After undergoing implementation and testing, the lever system is found to have fulfilled its specifications in which it has 17 levels ranging from -8 to 8, it has abolute level limiter from 0 to 8, and it is capable of processing and sending throttle level data to server computer through MQTT protocol on average time 1.25 ms. The lever system also has signal protection mechanism using debouncing algoritm which stabilizes lever level signal disruptions that happen under 50 ms. In its testing, signal disruption that happems beyond 50 ms is not found and all disruptions under 50 ms are stabilized.<p align="justify">
