To align with the requirements, the manufacturing of Machine Tools must develop independently in Indonesia. <br /> <br /> The condition occurs as well as the need for machine tools, especially Drilling Machines. This Final Project will focus on the Sand Casting section as one of the Manufacturing Processes in the manufacture of TPM D018S Drilling Machine prototypes for the 4 Main Components of the Drilling Machine namely Head, Base Column, Column, and Worktable. The steps taken in this final project include the process of identifying machining feature features to convert engineering images into cast images, then the casting simulation process is performed using Z Cast Pro software, process planning and continued with advanced machining processes in castings. The stages have been carried out for the four components and the simulation results obtained can represent the actual casting results. text
