Every activities inside the building surely needs of clean water. Fulfilling clean water demand inside the building is very necessary to support the activities inside. Therefore, plumbing design of clean water is needed with the requirements specified. The building applied green building concept by using water sense fixture unit and using reuse water from grey water and rain water as a water resources except PDAM based on Peraturan Walikota Bandung no 1023 about bangunan gedung hijau. The concept is able to save water consumption by 43.8%. This building applied gravitation system to distribute water, the water flowed from the source is collected in the bottom water tank located on the first basement floor, then pumped into the roof tank before being distributed to plumbing fixture all over the building. The tank system is designed separately, the primary water tank is used to accommodate PDAM water that will be used to serve primary water needs (jet washer, lavatories, faucets, kitchen sinks) and fire water requirements. Whereas, a secondary water tank will be used to store water produced by greywater and rainwater which is used to serve secondary water needs (urinal, toilet). The plumbing system is designed with the aim to determine the pipe dimensions needed to comply with applicable regulations and clean water can still be distributed properly to all plumbing fixtures in the building. Clean water pipes in this building use carbon steel pipes. The design of the clean water plumbing system also includes fire prevention systems in buildings, namely sprinkler and hydrant systems. Determination of the number, dimensions, technical specifications, and sprinkler and hydrant placement in this building are determined according to SNI and other related regulations. text
