General elections are an integral part of Indonesia as a democracy country. The explanation on the law of article 22E of the 1945 Constitution is that general elections held directly, publicly, freely, secretly, honestly and fairly every five years. Society as part of the state must participate in these six principles. <br /> <br /> Voting is an important part of the electoral process. Surveillance of the general election is one of the most important factors to know how the elections works or the lack of public participation to oversee the election. <br /> <br /> In order to increase public participation in elections, it is necessary to apply the concept of gamification. According to the definition, gamification is a game element used in a context that is not a game. Gamification makes something unattractive and boring into something more interesting. <br /> <br /> Gamification can provide three psychological benefits, they are cognitive, emotional and social. So, it can increase public motivation in overseeing the electoral process. This is what causes gamification is considered capable to attract people's attention. This research will design and implement the gamification on Application of Go Vote. <br /> <br /> The result of the applied test is that gamification can attract and motivate society with the result of 1,494.<p align="justify"> <br /> text
