<p align="justify">Developement of New International Airport in Bali as an effort to accelerate growth in north Bali has been planned by local Goverment. Balo Goverment had implement a new airport developement alongside an infratsurcture developement in North bali as written in Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Bali no 16 tahun 2009 tentang RTRW Provinsi Bali 2009&#8208;2029 (local government regulation). The instrument mentioned that the location of the new airport is in Buleleng Regency. The New Bali International Airport (NBIA) developement has also been planned in Indonesia National Airport Masterplan, as written in Preaturan Menteri no 69 tahun 2013 tentang Tatanan Kebandarudaraan Nasional (national airport regulation). NBIA should be designed as more than a transit building, but as a part of the user's journey. This is beacause NBIA is designed to have dedicated access from a specific toll road due to its remote location. NBIA should accomodate more than enplane and deplane activity, but also the social and commercial needs of its user. NBIA should accomodate Balinese architecture and culture in its physical feature. The existence of local cultural value in NBIA is crucial due to its role as the first and last greeter to the visitors of the island. The values can be implemented in physical developement of the interior and exterior of the building, emphasizing of the roof that would catch the first glimpse of the arriving passenger.<p align="justify">
