Description
Summary:
Companies engaged in retail audit services in Indonesia today is needed for companies engaged in the industry that drives the country's economy. This is because they are in direct contact with the market in Indonesia which changes the condition very quickly. One of the companies in retail audit services in Indonesia is PT. Reta System. PT. Reta System became one of the pioneers of audit services by prioritizing technological developments by launching applications for its surveyors to conduct survey activities. The truth of the survey data will depend on the ease of operation of the application. Therefore, in this final project conducted observation on the case of application Reta System for surveyors with research methods in the form of surveys and testing in the form of usability testing. When conducting a survey, the surveyor has stages to do, and the observation results show that the application can not follow the stages and also there are some application functionality that is still ambiguous so it takes a long time to complete a task. This final project study uses a user centered design approach consisting of user and activity analysis, modeling of activities, modeling of usage specifications, design of prototypes and usability testing. The end result is a medium fidelity prototype. Testing is done three times which done on at the beginning of the stages and two phases of the prototype. The test results show that the design has a good interaction because some usability goals are used to assess the user experience has been achieved. However, further improvement and development needs to be done so that users feel better interface and interaction and help surveyor on duty.
