Summary:<b>Abstract: </b><Br> PT. Melvar Lintasnusa (Melsa-i-net) is one of company which its core business is in internet service provider (ISP). As a leading and one of the biggest ISP company in Bandung, Melsa-i-net had rapid growth since it was established. The emerging of new ISPs and the strict competion among ISP companies motivates Melsa-i-net to take effort retaining its existence as an ISP company in Indonesia, especially in Bandung.<p> The decreasing number of sales, the low growth, and the increasing competition lead the company to make analysis and evaluation of its marketing concept. Further more, there is suggested an effective strategy that was fitted with marketing strategy theories.</p> The analysis results are the determining of target market at corporate group and company\'s repositioning as a partner of modern companies by provide all facilities completely which are needed by them. With its new target market, Melsa-i-net has to strengthen its new image as a corporate ISP that provides an excellence service quality.<p> The efforts for strategy implementation are carried out by setting a high service quality standard, improving employees skill, creating effective promotion, and making innovative and creative services development. As a capital based industry, Melsa-i-net needs to have a strong capital support for developing its business and implementing its strategies.
