Summary:In today’s millennial, digital and globalization era, each individual is required to adapt toward changes in various aspects. This included in managing information and knowledge that is so rapidly changing. Knowledge becomes a very important aspect for the company to create values and generate competitive advantage for the company in facing global competition. <br /> <br /> <br /> A company that works on developing games is located in Bandung, Indonesia. As a new start-up company, the organization need knowledge management to be able to grow more rapidly to meet the demands. Moreover, currently the company recruits many new employees so it takes a faster learning process for them to adapt toward customer demand deadlines. On the other hand, the company does not have a knowledge management system so it takes time to transfer knowledge to new employees. By implementing knowledge management effectively, it is expected the company to accelerate decision making, innovation, and profit. <br /> <br /> <br /> The purpose of this study is to measure the level of readiness and planning of the company before implementing knowledge management in order to obtain the right strategy for the company. Social Network Analysis also performed to know the knowledge flow in the company and the key actors. This study used Organization Development process which consists of Entering and Contracting, Diagnosing, Planning and Implementing Change, and Evaluating and Institutionalizing Change. The methods of this research involving collecting both quantitative and qualitative data to get more complete and in-depth understanding. Quantitative data was done by distributing questionnaires with seven criteria of assessment based on Asian Productivity Organization Framework (APO, 2010), such as Collaboration, KM Leadership, Process, People, Technology, Knowledge Processes, Learning and Innovation, and KM Outcomes. Validity and reliability test were also performed to make sure that the instrument accurate and consistent. While qualitative data was done by interview the owner.
