However, it still has significant <br /> <br /> problems in the development. One of them is the electric energy storage technology in the battery. In the implementation of the electric vehicle, the battery requires a charger-discharger with the current ripple and the voltage as small as possible. In this final project, will be proposed three level buck-boost DC-DC converter with minimum input voltage ripple. This converter is built by combine three level buck converter and three level boost converter with cascade connection. The results of <br /> <br /> this study are used to analyze the performance of the proposed converter. First , will be derived the voltage gain equation and the power losses equation of this converter. Then, by keep duty cycle of the buck converter side always equal to half, it will be proved that the proposed converter can produce a ripple input voltage that is close to zero. This experiment is conducted to prove the truth of converter concept that is proposed. <p align="justify"> text
