Therefore, it’s necessary to have a solid waste management strategy that can be used as a guide in managing waste. The population of Badung District as much as 658,064 people produce the waste generation of 521.56 tons/day in 2018 which is dominated by 48% weight leaf/plant waste and 20% weight kitchen waste. The results potential analysis of waste processing obtained 96% weight of waste can be processed through thermal methods, 83% weight can be processed biologically, 32% weight can be recycled and 20% weight is putrescible waste. Waste reduction that has been done from 3R facility by 1.04% weight and waste bank by 0.55% weight with the percentage of transport by 56.95% weight. According to President Regulation No. 97 of 2017, waste reduction targeted at 30% weight by 2025. Scenario selected by Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and resulted in the scenario by 100% sorting at source with 10% weight reduction, 100% TPS 3R with 20% weight reduction, 100% service collection and transportation, final by sanitary landfill and processing waste at the dump site. Specified plan of regulation program, institutional program, financial program, and community participation program that can help implement technical planning. It’s expected that on medium-term plan, every Jakstranas target has been achieved. The need for collection facilities to reach target at the end of the medium-term planning period (2025) is 187 units of cart motor and 153 units of motor tricycles. While the need for transportation facilities in the year 2024 is 31 units of dump trucks and 37 units of armroll trucks. TPS 3R required 65 units and 117 units of transfer depo. text |
