<p align="justify">Habiture Residence is one of the newest clusters of Sentul City housing located on an area of 13.5 hectar. Carrying concept of nature, Habiture Residece is facing Mount Pancar, alongside with protected forest and adjacent with Cikeruh River. Development of Habiture Residence automaticaly will affect the condition of drainage system in the area due to the changes of land use that cause changes in runoff. In order to be carried out propely the development of Habiture Residence, it is necessary to plan a drainage system that can accomodate rain water runoff and can drain water from the spring so that it does not affect the condition of the residental area. The planning of drainage system for Habiture Residence has three types of drainage namely surface drainage, subsurface drainage, and springs. Surface drainage planned with a channel that flows according to gravity, therefore the housing area is divided into two blocks according to the elevation and each block has one outlet. Subsurface drainage in Habiture Residence uses pump wells to pump groundwater in the area. For springs in the residental area, it is directly channeled to the main channel using a spring channel. The planning of main channel and spring channel use the principle of best hydraulic section and manning method with a concrete base. The planning of subsurface drainage have 29 points of groundwater pumps. Total budget for the planning of drainage system in Habiture Residence is Rp. 10.984.500.000.-.<p align="justify">
