The art of Indonesia is a pluralistic form that is scattered almost and the archipelago, so that each region has different cultural roots. Wayang became one of the typical Indonesian arts that have different depictions in various regions in Indonesia. Wayang has the meaning of the word more or less the same as "shadow show". Painting puppets that developed in the area of Indonesia have different dissemination, one of which is the art of wayang Kamasan painting from the area of Bali. Puppet art is developed in the village of Kamasan and other areas in Bali since the days of the Majapahit Kingdom. In the 18th century the island by a sangging (art artist) named Modara. Wayang from Modara is then imitated by many sangging spread in Bali, so the shape and style of this Modara become identity of the art of wayang painting in Kamasan village and in the development of this painting is known by the art of wayang painting Kamasan Lukisan wayang Kamasan is a decorative Balinese traditional art that is often called classical painting fair. Puppet puppet art also reveals the basics of Hindu philosophy. Painting wayang Kamasan as a classical artwork of Kamasan wayang paintings is very rarely found close to the daily life of society. Most Kamasan wayang paintings are used only as decorators of historic places, holy places, ritual means and as Balinese souvenirs. aesthetics and philosophy in wayang Kamasan can be applied to products close to the daily life of the community, one of which is a fashion product. This fashion product will use the technique of digital printing and embroidery machine and hand embroidered so that not only produce renewal on product type but also renewal of technique.
