Ewindo has a market penetration strategy through increasing the repeat order. Ewindo's strategy to increase repeat order is providing assistance to partnered farmers for minimizing the failure risks in farming. By the success achieved by farmers, it is expected that the partnered farmers will be more loyal to the company so can trigger repeat orders. The assistance provided by Ewindo is by offline and online. The online assistance provided by Ewindo is Sistem Informasi Petani Indonesia (Sipindo). On its journey operating Sipindo, the actual situation shows that increasing the number of installers was followed by increasing the number of uninstallers. Based on install-uninstall data from April 2017 to June 2018, it shows that the retention users are only about 31.4% from of all users who have downloaded it.

This study will examine the factors which influencing intention to initial use on potential users and the factors which influencing continuance intention on actual users. To investigate the intention to initial use, this study used the Unified Theory of Acceptance of Technology (UTAUT) model by Venkatesh dkk. (2003) by adding several contextual constructs to predict potential users’ behavior to use Sipindo. This study used a combination of Technology Continuance Theory (TCT) from Liao dkk. (2009) and Information System Success Model from DeLone and McLean (2004) to predict continuance intention on Sipindo’s potential users.

The model was evaluated using Partial Least Square (PLS). The respondents who involved in intention to initial use research were farmers aged 18-55 years who use smartphones and provided with a good internet access. The respondents who involved in continuance intention to use research were the Sipindo’s users aged 18-55 years who have used at least one of Sipindo’s available services.

Referring to the results of hypothesis test on intention to intial use research, the main factor which has a direct impact on intention to initial use is performance expectancy. Referring to the results of hypothesis test on continuance intention research, attitude and trust are two factors which have direct impact on continuance intention to use. There are also three factors that have an indirect impact on continuance intention to use factors, they are system quality factor, information quality, and service quality. Based on the results of hypothesis and descriptive statistics test, eleven improvement designs were proposed to increase the intention to initial use and the continuance intention to use on Sipindo.
text
