Summary: | CV Giri Bali Mandiri is one of the private business company in recycling sector, especially plastic recycling. The recycling capacity of CV Giri Bali Mandiri reaches 2-4 tons / day with a area of 13,950 m2. During this time, the land area has not been utilized to its full potential. Even though the area owned by the company allows to receive waste input greater than the waste input obtained now. There are 3 alternatives to increasing plastic recycling production capacity including: PE and PP type (alternative 1), PET type (alternative 2), and PVC type (alternative 3). Alternative selection uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Based on the selection with the AHP method, the alternative is selected 1. The total material produced from plastic waste that will be processed in this recycling plant is 16.04 tons / day. Increased production load capacity derived from plastic waste in Jembrana Regency with PP and PE (LDPE, HDPE) types. PP and PE capacity processed is 16.04 tons / day. Optimization efforts are carried out by creating worker and operational SOPs. NPV analysis states that this project is economically feasible based on optimistic value. 10 years total profit of Rp. 296,300,000,000.00. Redesign uses ISO 15270: 2008 design standards and recycling is done mechanically with specifications following the results of calculations and tools on the market. <br />
