Summary: |
Along with the rapid economic growth in Indonesia, there is also an increase in cargo volume, which was handled by ports in Indonesia. The increase in cargo volume is mostly handled by the Tanjung Priok International Port located in the metropolitan Jakarta. Therefore, it is necessary to build backups outlets that can help the cargo flow. But unfortunately, with this increasing economic growth, the Jakarta area has become a city with severe congestion. Thus the construction of the Port in Patimban that located in South of Java is the right solution. But before the construction process is carried out, it is necessary to conduct a financial feasibility analysis to find out whether the Patimban Port project is feasible or not to be built financially.
|
