| Summary: | <p align="justify">The design takes case of Ahmad Yani Airport Terminal project in the City of Semarang The new terminal location planned by Angkasa Pura I in the development site of today's Ahmad Yani Airport location. The site located in Tambakharjo, Semarang Barat, City of Semarang. Based on Ahmad Yani Airport Master Plan made by PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero), the development includes a new passenger terminal building, cargo terminal and other airport support buildings as an integrated aiport area . Total area for the passenger terminal is 25,900 m2. The main theme of the passenger terminal design is Iconic Gateway of Central Java . The new terminal is expected to become a new icon of Semarang and Central Java . This terminal should be able to accommodate 4 million passengers per year . As the " gateway " to and from Central Java , the terminal is expected to represent modernity and cultural richness of Central Java , so it turn out to be the new traveling experience for the passengers. Ahmad Yani Airport terminal building consists of 4 floors . Dividing in to 4 floor area based on passenger circulation . Floor departures are on the third floor , and a commercial area on the fourth floor . While the arrival area is located on the second floor and the ground floor . Total area of the terminal building is approximately 50,000 m2.<p align="justify"> <br />
