The problem of waste in Indonesia is worsened with the estimates that only about 60% waste in big cities is transported to the final processing area, through the landfilling as main operation. One of the famous foodcourt in Bandung exactly in district of Sukajadi was used as study area with total of ± 66 stores, the prediction of total waste generation in 2016 amounted to 622.46 kg/day with major prediction of compositions were paper, organics, and plastics. The amount of waste generation makes the production of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) is potential as one of the alternative waste treatment, though with high water content so it needed drying method. For that, study was conducted to determine the feasibility of pre-processing methods through biodrying as efforts to use RDF as raw material. On the other hand, Indonesia as country that has tropical climate become the sunlight and the wind to be a potential to support bacterial growth in everywhere and one of that is Effective Microorganisme 4 (EM4) so the infulence of adding EM4 in this study was observed. The study was conducted through sampling, field testing by making variations aerated, windrow, control pile, and laboratory tests. As a result, the water content reduced from 60.42% to 8.35% in the aerated, from 61.68% to 8.55% in the windrow, and from 64.91% to 6.86% in the control. This condition increased Low Heating Value (LHV) and also reduced the mass of waste, so many advantages will be obtained, such as reducing the use of land, reduces environmental pollution load and the financial burden, even can be used as an alternative fuel commodities. Beside that, based on the calculations and analysis, application of biorying method in district of Sukajadi also economically and technically feasible to be pre-processing method for foodcourt waste become raw material of RDF.<p align="justify"> text
