external factor such as their certain condition. It also applies to office boy/girl as one of the <br />
<br />
blue-collar worker. They have their own reason why they willing to take an office boy/girl <br />
<br />
who has a high workload in physical terms. But even so, an office boy/girl has the right to get <br />
<br />
their own happiness in their working process. And although their job was relies more on <br />
<br />
physical abilities, which is draining, tiring, difficulties and ease of work, there also have their <br />
<br />
own happiness in the working process which is not clearly visible if it is not considered well. <br />
<br />
The author was using phenomenology method as for this research that took a study case in an <br />
<br />
Indonesian Business School. The researcher used phenomenology for this research with the <br />
<br />
intention of find out the essence of experiences and increase of happiness level of office <br />
<br />
boy/girl who work in an Indonesian Business School. Experiences, and relationship was <br />
<br />
important factor that could influenced directly or indirectly to office boy/girl happiness, where <br />
<br />
experiences factor was classified into three groups, and the relationship was classified into <br />
<br />
four groups. For collecting data process, the researcher was using in-depth interview to the <br />
<br />
key informant or respondent. The result was, researcher find out that the office boy/girl who <br />
<br />
work in there has two motivations for working there, there were their main, and supporting <br />
<br />
motivation. Even though they had different motivation, they get some similar experience and <br />
<br />
have a similar relationship when they working in there. In experiences area, office boy/girl <br />
<br />
was facing what they felt, their job challenge, and the jobs stress level. For office boys/girlls <br />
<br />
relationship factor, they has whether it good or bad relationship with their closed-related <br />
<br />
person, lecturer, college student, and also their co-worker. At the end, office boy/girl <br />
<br />
experiences area, and their relationship with other parties had significant impact to their level <br />
<br />
of happiness. |
