To investigate housing development system, this research uses comparative analysis among the sharia housing developers, The analyses method of comparative between sharia and conventional housing development system is also used to investigate the sustainability of sharia housing development. <br /> <br /> <br /> Sharia housing in Bandung Raya getting started around 2014, this research want to show system in sharia housing developments at development process does not show a significant difference on a conventional housing, but the distinguish is mutual trust and mutual willingness from actor of the transaction that no parties feel disadvantaged as well as housing developers and consumers. And this study specifically aimed to know compatibility of sharia housing development system with the system that growing nowaday, and to know the sustainability of sharia housing development system. <br /> <br /> <br /> This research indicates that relationship between actor and their role in the production until consumption process sharia housing in Bandung Raya, the more relation which is involved in the process of development housing then it would be more profitable for business in the company. From that relationship, developer can make all parties involved as investors. This study shows the system at the stage of production until consumption in sharia housing in Bandung Raya both developers and investors sharing the risk. In the development of sharia housing, the most important sharia system is in the sharia contract and transaction agreement, the sustainability potential of sharia housing development system in Bandung Raya to face conventional system is with the principle of mutual trust and reciprocity of this sharia system, so the system can survive with the current situation and may be to continue sustainable.<p align="justify"> text
