<p align="justify">District of Muara Gembong is one area in Indonesia that have been degraded mangroves in coastal areas due to change in land use. Greatest changes in land use is by land clearing for cultivation of fish ponds. The ecological impacts arising from the destruction of mangrove forest in Muara Gembong area today is abrasion. The economic impact that arises is declining incomes. Seeing the problems that occur, analysis of the ecological and economic aspects which is interrelated needs to be done so that the existing coastal resources can be used more optimally, efficiently and sustainably. Economic valuation analysis performed by calculating Total Economic Value (TEV), which consists of calculating the utilization (Use Value) and non-use values. With a total area of 103.75 hectares of mangrove area, the benefits that can be provided either directly or indirectly is Rp Rp. 23,690,709,886,-. Six land use scenarios prepared mangrove forest. To see which scenario is feasible to be used as a reference in the local development plan, the feasibility analysis calculation. From the analysis it is seen that scenario 4 (80% and 20% of mangrove forest and fish ponds) is the most feasible scenario, where the NPV values obtained during 10 years had the highest value of Rp. 4,100,769,095,248,- and the manfaat-cost ratio (BCR) is generated is 4.84 which means that if the value of BCR> 1 then the effort declared eligible to apply.<p align="justify">
