But there is problem that they have to face from 2016 until now is the decreasing of their productivity that affect to decrease of revenue dan production rate from month to month. <br /> <br /> This is in contrast to the golden age of Mabasa that can reach production of about 2 tons per day. For that, further investigation is needed on what causes these reductions to occur that have an impact on revenue, and productivity gained by Mabasa. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this study is to determine what factors and roots cause are considered to make decreasing productivity that influence the revenue and production rate month to month. The process to determine what roots cause begins with doing the interviews and discussion with the owner, and also to workers. After that conducted a observation that containing about operation perspectives only. <br /> <br /> Then the result analyzed with operation process perspectives such as SIPOC Diagram, Seven Waste Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, and Current Activity Mapping. <br /> <br /> The result of the operation perspectives are some ideas to improve the process to gain the higher productivity. Some strategies that can implemented for to improve problemsto gain the Total Quality Management (quality control, re-layout strategy, new production strategy, new supply chain strategy, and product development). <br /> <br /> text
