Now, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa uses Electrostatic Precipitator (EP) as particulate control device to control particulate from rawmill. But, will all problems which cause the efficiency of controlling particulate at rawmill decrease, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa has plant to change the EP, with other device which has high and more stable efficiency. This design focus at plant 11. Particulate control device that will use at plant 11 is pulse jet BHF with woven glass and PTFE Membrane as the filter. This new air pollution cintrol device use a pretreatment device, it is High Efficiency Paralel Single Cyclone. This system will control around 19.800 m3/minute gas with initial concentration of particulate around 411 g/m3. The outlet of this system has concentration of particulate around 30 mg/m3 (T=25oC, P = 1 atm, O2 = 7%). text |
