Protein characterization <br /> <br /> revealed that both W. arrhiza and L. punctata contain the highest amino acids <br /> <br /> glutamate (8,70 % and 8,91%) and aspartate (8,23 % and 8,05 %). Furthermore, <br /> <br /> essential amino acids were also detected such as histidine (1,11 % and 1,44 %), <br /> <br /> threonine (4,27 % and 4,31 %), tyrosine (3,96 % and 3,45 %), methionine (2,06% <br /> <br /> and 2,01 %), valine (5,15 % and 5,44 %), phenylalanine (4,59 % and 4,89 %), <br /> <br /> isoleucien (4,91 % and 5,17 %), leucine (6,80 % and 6,90 %), dan lysine (5,54 % <br /> <br /> and 5,89 %). Lipid characterization showed that both species contain high fatty <br /> <br /> acids such as linolenic acid (20,82 % and 43,72 %), palmitic acid (16,11 % and <br /> <br /> 18,62 %), dan linoleic acid (13,47 % and 8,31 %).
