The characteristics of flue gas obtained from the raw mill and kiln processes that make the EP do not function optimally due to fluctuations in the quality and quantity of raw material supply. The formation of carbon monoxide (CO) gas from the precalcination process in kilns carried by exhaust gases creates the risk of EP burning and exploding. The high EP inlet temperature which is affected by the exhaust gas from the kiln causes particulate resistivity to increase and has an impact on the efficiency of the EP. The transformer-rectifier (T / R) arrangement is one of the weaknesses that EP has in Tuban II's raw mill section because it has a composition that gives a greater load on T / R compartments 2 and 3. Based on these problems, an alternative design in the form of Pulse Jet Compartmented Baghouse Filter is chosen. The flow used for design is 1,977,380,137 m3 / hour. The selected bag material is P84 fiber because it has a high efficiency of 99.997% and is capable of handling high temperature exhaust gas. Based on the results of the design, the baghouse filter consists of 12 compartments and 4200 bags. The processed exhaust gas will be released into the ambient air through a chimney with a diameter of 5.7 m and a height of 56 m. text
