Since January 10, 2014, Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, which initially serves military and private flights, adds flight functionality by holding commercial flights. This act will increase the demand for flight traffic and the number of passengers using Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. As demand increases, consideration should be given to the "supply" performance of the airside facility of Halim Perdanakusuma Airport to serve the demand. Therefore, an evaluation of the capacity and serviceability of airside facilities of Halim Perdanakusuma Airport is conducted by referring to the theory of airside airport capacity calculation in Horonjeff (2010). <br /> <br /> Runway evaluation includes evaluation of capacity and serviceability for departure, arrival, and mixed operations. From the evaluation result, it is determined that the capacity of the existing condition is for 40 mixed operations / hour, with the serviceability of 19 mixed operations / hour. In the future, by forecasting the number of passengers and the number of operating aircraft, especially in the peak hour. it is found that by 2025, the number of flights at peak hours will exceed the runway capacity of Halim Perdanakusuma Airport for mixed operations. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize or increase the runway capacity of Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. There are three alternatives offered, namely the addition of parallel taxiway along with exit / entrance taxiway (1st alternative), the addition of runway 06 length of 150 meters (2nd alternative), and the 3rd alternative which combines the beforementioned alternatives. The alternative that provides the greatest growth in serviceability is the addition of a parallel taxiway, with runway performance in serving a mixed operation of up to 39 mixed operations / hour. <p align="justify"> text
